Absolutely. We encourage you to visit Solace Bend, tour the facilities, meet our staff, and join us for a meal. Many families find it helpful to visit during different times of day to observe daily activities and the overall atmosphere. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time for your visit.
What happens if my needs change over time?
We understand that needs can evolve. Our staff regularly checks in with each resident to ensure their current living arrangement continues to work well. Are meals included in the monthly rate?
Yes, all residence options include three daily meals prepared fresh in our kitchen. We plan menus that offer variety and balanced nutrition, and we're happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. Residents in the Independent Suite may choose to prepare light meals in their kitchenette as well.
How do you handle privacy and personal information?
We take privacy seriously. Personal information is kept confidential and only shared with your explicit permission or as required by Thai law. Staff members respect residents' personal space and always knock before entering private areas. We're happy to discuss our privacy practices in detail during your visit.
What is the process for moving in?
After your visit and once you've chosen a residence option, we'll discuss a move-in date that works for you. We provide a checklist of items to bring and can coordinate with your family to make the transition as smooth as possible.
